Binary indicator (0/1) of whether the company is closely held, i.e. ownership is concentrated in a small number of shareholders with no significant public or institutional float.

Share of revenues derived from export activity (proportion 0–1), estimated from balance sheet reclassification data.

Indicates whether the company holds a B Corp certification issued by B Lab. B Corp status certifies high standards of social and environmental performance.

Combined flag: true if the company holds either B Corp certification (flagBcorp) or is registered as a Società Benefit (flagBenefit), or both.

Indicates whether the company is registered as a Società Benefit under Italian law (L. 208/2015), committing to pursue public benefit objectives alongside profit.

Signals whether a change in the CEO (or equivalent top role) occurred within the time window used for the CGS computation.

Indicates whether the company is part of a structured corporate group (i.e. controlled by or controls other legal entities in a recognized group structure).

Indicates whether the company is officially registered as an impresa innovativa (innovative startup or innovative SME) in the Registro delle Imprese, pursuant to Italian law (D.L. 179/2012 and subsequent).

Score (0–1) measuring the company's international market orientation and presence, derived from web signals, export activity, and other foreign-market indicators.

The PMI/Innovation Score (also known as shadow-startup score), a continuous value between 0 and 1 measuring how similar the company's profile is to that of officially-recognized innovative startups.

Average age (in years) of all individuals in governance roles (broader perimeter than mgmtAgeAvgTopCgs) computed at the CGS reference date.

Average age (in years) of individuals in top governance roles (CEO, President, Managing Director, etc.) computed at the CGS reference date.

Standard deviation of age for all governance roles (CGS window, full perimeter). Reflects generational diversity across the full management body.
